Tallgrass Resources
Tallgrass Resources is focused on the strategic acquisition and operation of oil and natural gas assets in the continental United States. Whether working with a motivated seller to quickly provide a capital infusion, or identifying synergies between existing operating divisions, Tallgrass Resources has the expertise and resources to act quickly and without surprises.
Tallgrass Resources has acquired more than 1,000 wells and in excess of 300 miles of pipelines, all of which are now operated by various divisions of the company. The leadership of Tallgrass Resources oversees the strategy and operations of each division, allowing all stakeholders to benefit from their collective expertise and decades of experience.

CEP Mid-Continent LLC
CEP Mid-Continent owns and operates the former Oklahoma production assets of Sanchez Midstream Partners LP (“SNMP”), which were purchased as SNMP looked to return their focus to mid-stream activities.
A natural fit with Tallgrass’s other production assets in the Mid-Continent Region, these 650+ oil & gas wells on approximately 38,000 net acres in Osage County, Oklahoma have proven immediately accretive to Tallgrass’s operations.

E2 Operating
E2 Operating can be contracted to run the day-to-day operations of energy assets on behalf of owners. Tallgrass Resources has contracted with E2 Operating, which is an operating affiliate of Tallgrass Resources, as situations have dictated. The oversight and expertise of Tallgrass’s leadership extends to E2 Operating benefitting the owners that contract with E2.
